COURSE FEES

A course of ten Curvenetics sessions that includes body exercises, facial exercises, weight loss programme and nutritional advice is still only £60.And don't forget if you want to give yourself a special treat: Curvenetics one-to-one facial exercise sessions are £25 for a full half hour session with Tracy.

JOINING UP

You pay for your course the first time you come along and you start there and then. Payment must be by cheque with a cheque card or cash.

Wear something comfortable but not too baggy such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Don't wear trainers - wear jazz shoes or ballet shoes or you can do it in socks or bare feet. If you want to bring a towel or mat to lay on that's fine - or you can do it straight on the floor.
